An Executive  Function Coach helps you with the skills you need to execute tasks. In essence, these are the skills you need to "get things done". My work also includes helping clients get started on something, organize their time, and screen out distractions.

No. You simply show up and we have a chat. It’s a conversation. You get to ask me all kinds of questions.

The consultation starts at 30 minutes and then we move on from there.  Regular coaching sessions last an hour and take place over Zoom. You can be anywhere, in any time zone, and still work with me. In fact, I coach clients in France and the UK who have gotten great results from this work.
